Why can't I see appointments for dates further in the future?
Marketplaces update their availability quite often throughout the week, so check back soon. If you still can't schedule, please let the marketplace know.
Where can I find appointment details?
Check your email. You should have received a confirmation email containing the address. Please reach out to us if you did not receive an email from the company you scheduled the appointment with.
Why can't I upload my documents?
Try using a different browser or switch to a desktop computer if you're on a mobile device.
Why do I need to pay self-employment taxes?

When are self-employment taxes due?
If you're self-employed earning more than $1,000 this year, you are expected to pay taxes during the current year on a quarterly basis so you don't owe taxes or penalties when filing your year-end taxes next year. The quarterly tax deadlines are:
